Your Step-by-Step Guide for a Smooth Move
Step 1: Find the Right Accommodation
Receive notifications about new vacancies. Brief us on your preferences so we can shortlist options that meet your requirements. We will contact you if vacancies matching your criteria become available.
Step 2: Viewing
Request your viewing with the accommodation agent online by WhatsApp or by email.
Step 3: Sending documents
Once you find your ideal accommodation, send your details by email to info@student-assistance.com.
Required details include:
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Copy of Passport
• Moving Date
• Reference Letter
Step 4: Confirmation of Documents
We will review your documents, confirm receipt and compliance of the documents submitted, and request additional information if necessary.
Step 5: Licence Agreement
If your documents are accepted, we will organise the following: Accommodation Agreement, contact you via WhatsApp or phone call, collect your first month’s accommodation fee and deposit, and arrange key handover and move-in information.
Step 6: Key Handover
We will give you the keys for your move-in. Congratulations!
